we didnt have warm water and the heat in both rooms didnt work. after asking at the front desk we were told since it s new year they cant do nothing about it because all the workers are home. there was no effort put in to make us warm and comfortable. my parents just flew in from germany and stayed in an ice cold room with no warm water and so did we

I prepaid thru booking.com app to save money cause I knew I wouldn’t be canceling. Have the receipt and bank statement to prove it. Go to check in and they try to tell me that the payment hasn’t gone thru yet. The card that booking a set new over was declined and I needed to call booking.com to get this taken care of. So I find the number and begins to call and all of a certain it was miraculously fixed. Give me a break. Know a scammer when I see one. Finally get to my room and it’s 90 degrees in there. Went to turn ac on and says that in order to adjust the thermostat the front desk needs to be called. Waited for 30 minutes for someone to show up and turn the air on. Parking lot was horrible to be charging for parking when there are potholes everywhere and literally no white lines. Everything at this hotel you had to pay for and it just isn’t worth it. Still waiting for my $25 security deposit. Think that was a scam as well. Take your money and go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth it.
