Positives: I don't like anything.

Negatives: Everything about the hotel is just bad. Staff is not very friendly. The staff that check us in, didn't program our keys right so at night we couldn't get inside our room. Elevator is so slow and only one work. Wall is so thin that you can hear your neighbor.

Negatives: hotel was very busy with a number of groups. there were three lifts but only one working. breakfast was very poor with a crammed room, plastic plates & cutlery. not a pleasant experience!

Positives: Location off of Harry Hines was a plus.

Negatives: No frig or microwave in the room. We had to ask for the frig which they brought. We were on the 8th floor, nearest ice machines were on 6 or 4, can't remember exactly. Building has 3 elevators but only one worked all weekend.
