This was the most pricy Hilton Suites Apartment Hotel we stayed in so far with the worst quality. The Couch was ripped apart und the room was not cleanest especially when it came to corners. The room was very out dated. We can not recommend this Hotel. The room in this condition is not more than 69 Dollar per night worth. Motel8's are from better quality than this specific Hotel

The hotel was not handicap accessible to enter. We had to park in a parking garage and cross the street to even get to the hotel the elevators, close way too fast in the doors, not only to the hotel, but to the elevator from the parking garage to the hotel are entirely too heavy for a person in a wheelchair to try to do by themselves

When I arrived, they quoted me a different price compared to the price here on Booking.com I asked the young lady why she told me it was a deposit, the staff on my first two nights they were very rude. The breakfast was very mediocre. The location was unsafe. There’s a lot of people outside asking for money and overall unsafe atmosphere. It is in downtown Dallas Deep Ellum.
The room was not clean. It did not include a stove top and oven like listed on Booking.com. Our overall stay was very uncomfortable. The the hotel itself was very unclean. People are throwing their sheets and towels outside of their rooms. So you walk down the halls and all you see is trash bags and dirty laundry upon my leaving I spoke with management because from my first quote of 417 on Booking.com to arrival quote of 487 and upon check out, it was 533. I had a service dog with its papers and license that I showed upon check in which I should not have had to pay any type of fees for as well as my room was clean and never charged anything to the room such as the downstairs mini store by the desk I have been charged $533 and have been trying to get my money refunded due to that it’s not the price I agreed to I do not recommend this hotel, especially for people with children
