Half of the lught fixtures we missing bulbs. Microwave did not work, making it hard to heat up food.

The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The front doors were shaky when opening, the AC in the lobby didn’t work, stains on the lobby carpets, the hot tub was broken, the hotel had an old smell of cigarettes and mold. My room had torn couch cushions, the carpet was stained, it smelled musky. The elevator had duct tape holding the buttons together, the wall paper was coming off on all floors, there were stains on the only elevator in the hotel flooring. The doors to the outer limit doors where not shutting so there’s a safety issue.
The staff during the day were rude and also, every time I came into the lobby they were acting to be working and they were all just chatting and sitting around. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to make us welcome & comfortable. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, courteous, warmly friendly. They made the visit as pleasant as possible.
Negatives:
This location is old & tired. Many of the amenities were either unworking or in need of maintenance. The first family suite we were assigned had furniture that was very worn & threadbare as was the carpet. And the AC wasn't working properly. The second room they gave us had good AC but was equally worn & threadbare. Hilton needs to spend some money on this location.
