Very convenient to the airport for early morning and late night flights.
Negatives:
Room quality was inconsistent. 1st room had extremely loud heating that would wake us up Everytime it started.and beds uncomfortable. Restaurant was over priced and food quality poor.

Location was at the airport but it seemed to still take forever to get there because your hotel shuttle is a mile away from the main terminal doors. So passengers who get stuck overnight and are already exhausted have to walk another mile for the shuttle.
Negatives:
Paper thin doors. There were 2 dogs crying and barking next door. I called down to report it and someone came up fast and I didn’t hear them again. Why are dogs on the 13th floor though?

Positives:
The room and facilities were excellent. I had little interaction with staff, but before arriving, information on how to secure on airport transportation was fragmented and inaccurate. I was unable to get information on terminal to hotel transportation. Once I got the basic information, the shuttle drive that picked me up went out of his way to find me at the airport terminal and get me to the hotel ... thank you, thank him. Finding the "purple pillars" was a challenge and additional signage at the terminals would help.

Room must have been next to the elevators in that it was occasional noisy.
