noisy area. night club open till 4 am resulted in changing rooms the next night. second night woke to leaf blower outside window at 8 am. Unable to sleep much during entire stay due to noise. Bathroom floors didn’t look clean. They probably were, just the type of material.

Good location, valet staff was amazing and very helpful.
Clean and comfortable room.
Pool area was great during the day and at night was perfect for after dinner lounge.
Restaurants at Kimpton are always good. Good and simple options.

Negatives:
Key card didn't work in the elevator.
We ordered room service and got our food from the hotel restaurant in boxes and plastic cups.
I had to ask for actual plates and mugs. Strongly feel like its pretty bad for a a classy hotel to box food like that. We want to see it served on plates.
Overpriced parking on site.
Windows don't even crack-open in rooms.

Overall a very satisfying experience
Positives:
The building /room was very clean. However, the hotel’s location was very noisy…. located across from a party venue that played loud music both nights until midnight. NO coffee maker in rooms— even when asked for it never came!— and NO coffee even available before 7:00am in hotel restaurant!!! Both mornings we were up at 5:30-6:00 for commitments and could not even get a cup of coffee until 7:00am!!!
