Positives: Very clean. Spacious for price, lots of choices for breakfast.. Friendly staff at lobby desk. There is an airport shuttle service to Love Field in morning and evening, and on my visit when there was no driver available they paid for a Lyft service for me. Room soundproofing was better than many other places I have stayed.

Negatives: Pillows appeared to be feathers that had very prominent spines/ quills that could be felt even through the two pillow cases. A choice of non allergic pillows would be good. Wish the breakfast dishes and coffee cups were not foam.

Positives: Breakfast was the only thing that made me stay just a little exciting. They have a variety of choices . Cereal to waffles to eggs and sausage.

Negatives: One staff member was rude the entire time. Giving attitude and rolling her eyes about every concern I had. First room we had was nasty and not cleaned at all. Roach in microwave, hole in the closet door, floor black, dresser drawers all sticky. Move to second room and pretty much the same thing minus the roaches. Then we were blamed for noise complaints about loud music and stomping. Both was a lie but we were on 4 th floor and not sure how they wanted us “people” to walk besides normal. Everything smelled like weed. Rips in shower curtain and furniture and was told I would have to pay for damages … how would they know I didn’t cause damages if they don’t even clean the rooms? Manager didn’t really resolve anything either. Not worth the price at all.
