Superb

Positives: Decent breakfast (if kept warm), clean rooms.
Negatives: I reserved a king suite, that not what I got. They charged me $615 for two days with two regular rooms. My friend who came too got a king suite for half the price that I paid. I needed 2 extra blankets for the kids, they didn’t have any. We had to purchase some at Walmart. They told my friend that the pool/jacuzzi was broke. Didn’t tell me anything, or what time breakfast was. They gave me one room key card, so I thought it adjoined the other room. It didn’t. I had to go back down to the lobby and tell them I reserved a second room. Then they “found” my reservation. They said they’d try to get me and the kids on the same floor. The kids were on the 4th floor Al the way down the hall in 408, I was in 422. The couch that was advertised was a chair that pulled out. Decent breakfast if they can keep the food warm. The sausage was cold at 7:30am.

Positives: Spacious room. Pretty clean. Breakfast was fine.
Negatives: I didn't use the "business center" but it could be a little bigger. I'm not sure how often it's used, but I would take out the gym and make that space a bigger business center. Also, the room cleaners did a fine job, except for one day. I left a sweater and towel on the bed (my fault) but when the cleaner came in my room to change the bed over, they just through both on my open suitcase. Didn't put my sweater on the chair, didn't take the used towel.

It was sufficient.

Positives: The good: Room was clean and nice looking
Negatives: The bad: The staff was rude. Every single one of them except the kitchen and housekeeping folks. They were fine. The ugly: We were supposed to have a shuttle ride from the airport... well... nope. My wife did get to talk to someone and told them our flight number and who we are. She wouldn't take down any info but for us to call them... but that didn't work. We called the hotel to get the ride. We got the answering machine and all it did was tell us how good you are.... but after more than 10 minutes we never got to speak to anyone! Fortunately my cousin also flew in but rented a car. I could only guess what would have happened if she had not. Then; yep, that was not all, we were leaving on a Saturday, my mom's sugar dropped and so i went to the breakfast place and it was not open. It was 6am. My cousin and I hadn't realized that breakfast is an hour later on weekends (didn't make sense to me, i mean people are traveling... that's what you're there for) we hoped to get some juice, but the desk person looked as if we were a bother to him and wouldn't see if we could get the juice turned on. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Talk about a crew that absolutely does not care. Also... On booking.com it was said we could get a roll away bed. That turned out to be false
