Very clean and quiet. Staff very pleasant.
Negatives:
Upon arrival-about 45 minutes early no rooms were ready. However at checking time 3:00 again no rooms ready. We had to wait another 20 minutes. Not good procedure in our opinion.

The hotel was very elligant! The rooms were nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Great location, plenty of restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes
Negatives:
I did not like the rudeness of one of the clerks. A guy asked for dry off towels for him and his son. The clerk gave him too face towels and said that was all they had. He asked if she thought it was possible to dry off with that small towel. She said she didn't care. That's all they had, then she told him and his son could air dry. There is very little light in the room, the water pressure was horrible.

90 degree room, carpet ripped up, stains on sheets, missing trash can, dirty bathroom/shower/nightstand, missing hair dryer. Moved rooms and the AC was off in that room too.
