Motel 6-Dallas TX - South

Positives: Even though it was 40 min bus ride from Dallas, we found the location of this motel very convenient with a gas station next door and a Walmart, Dollarama, Wendy's, and a full shopping center just a 3-minute walk away. The one bus was frequent enough for us to get in and out and we loved that we could walked to parks close by.

Positives: Large beds, fridge, microwave, shower was good

Positives: Nothing.

Positives: The room was clean, the staff very friendly and polite

Positives: My card was charged young lady stated it wasn’t told me to come back tomorrow they received free money

Positives: It was terrible

Positives: Even though the hotel wasn't the best you sent a email to extend my stay at a grate and the staff was very rude about me extending my stay at the rate you all provided .I wanted to keep the same room I had because I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and jerrold checked me out even after I told him I wanted to extend my stay and told me they don't take payments after 12 and I would have to wait till two o'clock to check in . I mean this man turned his back on me while I was talking . I will be contacting public health sanitation to file a report and iwill until something is done if u read the reviews something has to be done about the customer service n this jerrold man bang on people door as if he is the police and the fact I had to walk with my bags in the heat was most embarrassing because my ride was not due to arrive yet.
