The passed out, and ignored by the staff, person on the stairs blocking them. Not to mention the attitude from the staff when reported the second time in the morning. The hotel is so careless that it lets its employees seat in the lobby common area and scratch and play with his smelly feet!

Oh and housekeeping staff was friendly.

Website shows continental breakfast but there is only waffles and bread with cream cheese. Juice machine doesn't work and they barely put fruit. Room was very humid and smelled really bad like if it had been closed for a long time, I asked for dehumidifier but apparently they don't have it.

Quiet night. No ruckus going on outside our room. entrance and exits were easy to get in and out from and it was in a good location close to many pubs/restaurants around downtown.
Negatives:
Three different plugins in the room did not work. I could not blow dry my hair in front of the mirror, I had to keep trying outlets to find one that worked. Also, the tub would not drain when showering. I am sure the staff poured bleach or a chemical down the drain but while showering, it backed up and I could smell a bleach smell. It made my feet burn and itch and caused my allergies to go insane.
