Positives:
One of few places in Dallas with a smoking room that is clean, reasonably updated and in an okay area. There were a couple of deferred maintenance issues but on the whole a decent room for the price. Surprisingly quiet for the proximity to the freeway.
Negatives:
The breakfast could use something green or some whole grain or some bran cereal, juice or at least some protein (no egg, bacon, etc.). Pretty much white toast, white bagel, or a waffle. An apple was the only thing not white bread or margarine.

Positives:
They have a chair and desk if you need to work remotely, however the internet was super slow. Took me 4 hours to upload a 3 GB video.
Negatives:
I came around 1 PM, although they have available rooms they charged me extra 25 euros for an early check in fee. I had to pay since I did not want to sit in lobby and wait till 3 PM. It is not nice to try scam your guests as much as possible. No coffee after 9AM, they did not change my towels, I had to go ask myself. The sheet they put on the bed had cigarette holes, the room was not clean enough as it should be. Plenty of problems, do not consider staying at this hotel and they still did not return my deposit money, unbelievable!

For a quick stopover - the hotel was a descent place to stay. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing at the hotel.

That is was close to where I needed to be for a work related trip. That’s honestly about it.
Negatives:
The place was pretty dirty. The guy who checked me in was agitated to talk to me despite not saying a single rude thing or being a Karen. It looked like dried pee on the walls. Paying an additional $100 upfront in addition to the rate made me paranoid I’d get accused for the poor upkeep of the room. Made videos of the room as I checked in and before I left. Was mostly concerned about my deposit, which I did get back about a week later. Expensive considering everything.
