Negatives: Noisy area and suspicious people and activity especially at night.

Negatives: It was run down it was dirty. It was smelly. It was not clean in the bathroom or the room, and when we turned on the heater in the room all of this nasty dust and hair blew up into the air into our faces and flew all around the room and it was so disgusting and so we went to go try to get a refund and the girl working at the front desk said that we had to go through booking and so we did and then booking tried to contact the property manager as the girl instructed her to do and so she tried to contact the property manager and he would never answer or give a determination about giving me a refund and so I got a measly $12 back from Booking.com because the property manager refused to answer booking.com’s request to cancel and refund my stay because I did not meet expectations. It was not clean it was not hygienic it was disgusting I’m still waiting to see if the property manager will do the right thing and give me a refund he owes me $80.

Negatives: That place is a cesspool. Homeless people walking throughout asking for change. Criminals walking around talking on cell phones about wanting to fight somebody and not being afraid to fight. Druggies, prostitution. I really didn't feel safe. It was loud all night with people walking around outside the door. I hated it and couldn't wait to leave. I was out of there without even showering because I couldn't wait to leave.

Negatives: as I arrived, two prostitutes and a drug dealer were being arrested. I had to wait in my car until the police cleared the scene and then they allowed me out of my car. The room was not fresh and crisp and the mattress was just on wire springs
