The beds and pillows were comfortable.
Negatives:
All furniture and fixtures had water damage. There was no tray in the microwave. The refrigerator had damage as well. No batteries in the TV remote. I put my own batteries in the remote, it did not work. Bed linens had holes in them (not the sheets, but the duvet). There was wet paint in sink/vanity area. No stoppers in the sink or tub. But the very worst was the toilet would not flush anything but water. I told housekeeping and they gave me a plunger. I went to the front desk and the lady just looked at me. Fortunately, the manager or person in charge heard what I said and he went to see what was wrong. The toilet did work somewhat better after this but it could not flush toilet paper and still needed the plunger quite frequently.
Pictures on Booking.com of this facility were way more than flattering. They were completely fraudulent compared to what the rooms are really like.
On top of all of this, there was a $50.00 deposit required that was not mentioned in the booking information. I was told at check in that this deposit would not be refunded for thirty days.
I will never stay here again or any other Red Roof Inn after this experience.

It was run down it was dirty. It was smelly. It was not clean in the bathroom or the room, and when we turned on the heater in the room all of this nasty dust and hair blew up into the air into our faces and flew all around the room and it was so disgusting and so we went to go try to get a refund and the girl working at the front desk said that we had to go through booking and so we did and then booking tried to contact the property manager as the girl instructed her to do and so she tried to contact the property manager and he would never answer or give a determination about giving me a refund and so I got a measly $12 back from Booking.com because the property manager refused to answer booking.com’s request to cancel and refund my stay because I did not meet expectations. It was not clean it was not hygienic it was disgusting I’m still waiting to see if the property manager will do the right thing and give me a refund he owes me $80.

That place is a cesspool. Homeless people walking throughout asking for change. Criminals walking around talking on cell phones about wanting to fight somebody and not being afraid to fight. Druggies, prostitution. I really didn't feel safe. It was loud all night with people walking around outside the door. I hated it and couldn't wait to leave. I was out of there without even showering because I couldn't wait to leave.
