Positives:
Convenience to my location. I can't answer the comfort or cleanliness questions as I did not stay at the property.
Negatives:
Property charges a fee of $12.99/night for parking. When I called to ask if this was for all guests, the clerk told me that they inform all their guests of the charge. My coworker was not told of the charge. It ended up being an additional $25.98 added onto his bill when he did not even have a car in the parking area since I was driving him to the location.

Noisy as heck next to freeway. The worst was the fire alarm going off all day and night at the abandoned building next door. Staff said they would do nothing to call and complain. They didn't even offer to move us to the other side of the building.

Negatives:
I did not like that the pillows to the couch were stacked onto he floor and there were no pillow cases on the bedroom pillows. I found it strange that I had to get towels daily.
