Negatives: The bathtub was peeling from them painting it with wall paint. It was stuck in my wife's hair and other places. Ended up in the emergency room to have pieces of paint strategically removed from inside her lady parts. The entire staff except the lady who works breakfast treated us and talked to us horribly. This used to be our favorite place to stay. There were employees not in any uniform of any kind coming in our room. It looked like someone hired their entire family to work there and none had any people skills whatsoever. If you weren't of color you were made to feel as if you shouldn't stay there. Four times my card ran for $150 after checking in and already paying deposit and parking fee.

Negatives: The room was dirty the tv didn’t work the staff was rude

Negatives: Our original room was not ready.

Negatives: Property charges a fee of $12.99/night for parking. When I called to ask if this was for all guests, the clerk told me that they inform all their guests of the charge. My coworker was not told of the charge. It ended up being an additional $25.98 added onto his bill when he did not even have a car in the parking area since I was driving him to the location.

Negatives: Noisy as heck next to freeway. The worst was the fire alarm going off all day and night at the abandoned building next door. Staff said they would do nothing to call and complain. They didn't even offer to move us to the other side of the building.

Negatives: I did not like that the pillows to the couch were stacked onto he floor and there were no pillow cases on the bedroom pillows. I found it strange that I had to get towels daily.
