trash overflowing from trash on property, hallways smelled of weed, booked and paid for a double queen with balcony and did not get what I paid for, staff said there was nothing they could do because I booked through booking.com, limited tv channels, no hot water to shower, lazy staff and not helpful, restaurant not open, was not aware of $100 deposit.

The rooms were updated, nice and clean. Not a lot of area for pets. Grass needs to be treated. Overall I enjoyed my stay. My hotel of choice when visiting Dallas

Property was clean and located right off the interstate close to food!
Negatives:
There was a homeless man sleeping in the lobby using the luggage cart for 2 nights of our stay! the police came the 3rd night and removed him from the property! The housekeeping had to “contact supervisor” for us to get more towels!? They questioned our need for 5 sets when our reservation was for 1 adult and 4 children! We got them but I shouldn’t have to make phone calls to front desk multiple times nor should we have to ask several housekeepers. We turned in our old ones so I didn’t see what the problem was! Lastly, the only working ice machine was on the 1st floor! We stayed on the 3rd. It was a little annoying but overall be enjoyed our stay! We won’t stay again though!
