Staff at the front desk was extremely professional and courteous.
Negatives:
The heat was not in operation, the front desk clerk put in a call to maintenance that never showed. I called again to make them aware of maintenance no call or show! They informed he/ she had left for the day! I slept in a cold to have taken a hot shower and attended work at 5am. Not sure why this happen however no one apologized, however they said would move me to another but I had already bathed and was winding down for rest the next day…

AWFUL. Staff is EXTREMELY rude and slow. The girl at the front desk told me I could have her the keys at 11 and then leave, I did that and exited around 11:20. FOR THOSE 20 MINUTES they charged me WITHOUT NOTICE. But even worst, when I called the rude useless lady says it was “for extra cleaning”. So they don’t even know what they are charging, they don’t want to conciliate or be attentive through the phone.

Free laundry facilities and comfy bed.
Negatives:
No maid service until you leave the property. You have to take out your own trash and bring dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones. Elevator was not working on one of the days I was there and the room had a scent of smoke even though it is a non smoking room. They also change a 100 holding fee when you check in. It takes 3 days to be reimbursed after check out.
