The location was great.

From the start, the staff was not very friendly. The walls at this hotel are falling apart. The elevators are scary and it feels like they are going to fall apart. The couch in the room we stayed at was disgusting, my daughter pull the cousins off to pull out the bed and there were some kind of bloody spots or who knows what that was. The entire couch was discolored and full of spots. The bathroom door didn't lock. When we came back to our room after shopping, the keys to the door wound not work. A cleaning lady opened the door for us, which I think was strange because we could have been someone else trying to get in the room. Eventually we got a new set of keys. We are not going back to this hotel. They need to change the furniture in that room, who knows what happened in that couch.
