Negatives: The elevator broke completely after only four hours; I was up on third floor and have mobility problems! No way to get to my room, so I asked reception to put me on ground floor after returning six hours later, and no one to repair elevator! Reception was very hesitant to accommodate me, but I asked her to call her manager. After fifteen minutes she finally moved me
