La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham El Paso Bartlett

Negatives: First of all, the pictures post are not remotely the same. Both of our rooms were filthy. The carpet was disgusting, and the walls were dirty. When we went to the front desk, they gave us two other room on another floor. The room looked good. However, there were no comforters on the bed and no towels. It wasn't until the morning when we noticed that there were used soap and shampoo left in the tub. The sink was stopped up, and the lock was broken. Our second room tub was stopped up, and we found socks in the drawer left from the last guest. We left earlier and asked for them to clean the room. We came back around three, and the rooms were still dirty. We told Aldolfo and housekeeping what we needed, and they said they would take care of it. We left and came back at 9 pm and our rooms weren't even touched. We went to talk to Diana, and she said the manager would be there in the morning. Well, in the morning, there was no sing of Blanca, the manager. This hotel should not be open to the public it is completely gross. We saw other guest complaining about bot having their rooms clean. They didn't even seem to care. Horrible service at its best. We didn't even dare to eat the breakfast there. I will be reporting this location to the health department and the local code enforcement.

Negatives: no coffee pot in my room and it took over 2 hours to get one to me and then they didn't bring me any coffee. the lady that works the night staff is not very friendly and doesn't really care about her customers. couldn't get her to do coffee the next morning for me to drink before we had to head out and then she wouldn't put out more stuff for the girls to eat before we had to leave town. luckily the day staff girl came on and did it all and I applaud her. the night lady just kept saying there wasn't anymore.

Negatives: Everything , very dirty and unorganized

Negatives: The tv didn’t work, the room was not as clean, no blankets, the ac made a loud noise, the shower didn’t have any water pressure, we had to shower in a family members room because ours was very little water coming out, vending machine did not work.

Negatives: Dirty there was hair in tub and on floor. All furnishing outdated. Had a motel in the ghetto vibe

Negatives: 2 people, 2 beds but only 1 set of towels! TV remote didn't work, not corrected until the next evening. Of the 3 light fixtures, 2 were missing bulbs, and one set wasn't even plugged in. NO blanket, bedspread, or bed runner! Bed was made with a fitted sheet and 2 top sheets, which were stained (old stains). NO housekeeping service for the 3 days we were there. Only 1 waste basket, which was overflowing by 3rd day. No fridge or microwave. (The room description didn't include these, but I don't look for it anymore--all the Wyndhams that I have stayed in have always had them.) White paint on part of the bathroom door and in the bathtub. A metal piece sticking out from under one bed--could be quite dangerous. Generally dirty. My daughter took several pictures, will send by request.

Negatives: It was absolutely filthy! There was hair in the tub, on the bathroom floor, the carpet throughout the hotel was not safe, and filthy! It smelled horrible!

Negatives: Appearance and carpets were heavily spoiled did not look good Hotel looked very rundown. I will not be staying there again.

Negatives: The place was filthy. The carpets were dirty. I only stayed one night out of my stay. I took a shower with a cockroach. There was pubic hair in my bed. And blonde hair on my pillow case.
