I really liked how clean and great smelling it was when I walked in.

I didn't like it because the management let me pay for my stay, as soon as I got to my room, walked in put my stuff down, I get a knock on my door, I answer it and the gentlemen tells me with a frustrated look and low voice that they can't except my kind of people at this hotel and that I need to vacate the room
asap if not they were gonna the cops, I looked at the gentleman with a pist off face, my kind of people, I asked to speak to upper management and all off a sudden the manager had to leave in a hurry and that she was gonna be busy the next three four days, for me not to be bothering them with my calls. Up to date I still havent gotten my refund back for rhe 6 days I paid for the room or a call from anybody at red roof Inn. How would I be able to get my money back?
