The entire experience from check in to check out was horrendous. I didn't get the room that I booked online, it took them over 4 hours to get a room cleaned so I could check in, and worst of all they offered nothing as far as a credit or a complimentary night's stay for what I had to go through. Absolutely horrible experience and I will never stay here again

absolutely nothing because the hotel front desk wouldn't allow me to check in. said there was no reservation. booking.com tried to call motel 6 but no one answered. I was told to leave property or pay the full price of 79 per night to get a room. booking.com did not relocate me.
