Negatives: Elevator was broken for 3 days I had to check out a day early due to mobility issues. I was unable to continuously walk up and down 3 flights.
Positives: I don’t know because they didn’t let us stay
Negatives: we reached property with my family around 11:30 Pm. After taking all my ID and signature on contract for cleaning and lost items. The representative realized that there are no rooms available and called Property Manager. The Property manager outright told me my wife and son that there’s no room available and can’t do anything about it. I should find my own solution at 11:45 Pm in the night. she was very irresponsible in not notifying us about over booking in advance . They gave excuse saying they didn’t have my number on the reservations. and didn’t offer any help for alternative solutions
Positives: I did not like this location. It was subpar and I will not be returning. Staff needs better training. Customer service is not good.
Negatives: The motel was not as advertised. The gym was subpar. The pool is out of commission but they advertise a working pool. The front desk clerk was also the manager and she did not have good customer service skills, very argumentative and had an attitude the whole time. She sent us to 2 dirty rooms before finally, the 3rd one was clean enough, so we were going back and forth down the halls just trying to find a place to put our stuff.
This location needs to retrain...
Positives: The bathroom toilet and shower still had hair on them... The bathroom door covered with hair. Microwave was clean 100 percent. I had a argument with the clerk and she told me if I didn't like there service I should check out. Horrible customer service...

Comfortable and quiet and clean....
Positives: Amaka at the front desk was phenomenal! She had a solution to every problem I encountered. She was professional but also made me feel like I’d know her for years! The room was clean, very spacious, overstocked with towels, and in a very safe location.
Negatives: There’s nothing I disliked about the property. I’m officially a HUGE fan of this chain after staying at this location. I’ll be staying here every single time I come to the area.
