the location was good and the valet staff wonderful at keeping our car safe while we checked in, took bags in. Jacob was the best!
Negatives:
Rude front desk clerk lied by saying we had no showed the night before. This special night had been planned for months, but the hotel only a week before. So, he pulled the old bait & switch, gave away our room with two queen beds (2 adts, 2 chd) and put us in a tiny room with a king size bed. Then, they charged a no show fee on top of the groom rate. Try getting a responsible person with this group on the phone!

This TV in my room didn’t work. Maintenance came in just to find out something like the box that was behind the TV didn’t work & wouldn’t be replaced until the next day !
