The valet parking worked great. There is a tall lady with short hair (don't know her name). She is probably one of you best employees.
Negatives:
The WXYZ Bar: Bad food, bad drinks, and the waitress was worse. There was no one there when we walked in. My wife and I ordered drinks. Other people came in to by drinks at the bar. We did not get waited on for 20 min. I would not go back to this facility of your establishment.
Check out day: I don't like the maid taping on the door at 8:15 to make up the room. She came back every 20 min.

Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Everything was good quality and it has an upscale feel to it. Will definitely stay with Aloft Hotels again.
Negatives:
Parking is a bit of an issue but they have valet parking and there is a paid public parking across the street. Worked well for me. Couldn't find anything else that I didn't like.

The shower and going home you cant turn the TV up too small fridge was not cool it takes 10min for the water to get hot no trash liners? you have a menu that needed updating didnt have what i ask for? you charge $33 a day Valet your requesting customers to tip them and they act like they dont want to go get your car then ask are you going anywhere else we left in our car 3 times We walked the rest of the time!!! seemed like a hassel i will never go back too Aloft i felt like i was on a military base!!!!!

The staff made this stay an absolute pleasure. Of all places we've ever traveled, Aloft Fort Worth Downtown has the best staff, and we travel a lot. Every single staff member during all shifts, from Valet service, front desk, breakfast and bar, cleaning service, were excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really take pride in their jobs to assure great customer service.
Negatives:
My only complaint free water cup dispenser, it's nearly impossible to get just one. Unfortunately a lot of wasted cups. But that is extremely minor. Again, best hotel experience we've ever had.

It was a good location. We got a corner room and it had so many windows which was awesome. The pool was nice. The two sides to the room with separate TVs was awesome. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was made fresh no buffet so no danger of them running out of food like other hotels.
Negatives:
I wish the elevator system was explained a little better. The digital elevator was confusing for us and almost every guest we ran into. Wish there’d been a hot tub. The coupon for breakfast was only good for 4 people,but we had a family of 5. The breakfast was delicious though.
