Positives:
We liked that it was close to the Fort Worth zoo and Dickies Arena for the concert we attended. Jack in The Box and Raisin Canes was within a quick 5 to 10 minute walk. A gas station if u needed anything. Room stayed cold which we liked.
Negatives:
Breakfast was just oatmeal and muffins. Coffee from a small packet. Bathroom floor had a hole and toilet was leaking. No telephone in room.

I was given two of the flattest pillows I’ve ever seen. Then was told they didn’t have any more the entire time and that the rest were busted. My neck still hurts from sleeping on that bed. Very outdated rooms. You can hear everything from all of your neighbors.

There wasn't much to like to be honest. We liked the proximity to the University Village, the restaurants on the river, the free parking, the laundry facility and that's about it.
Negatives:
There was no breakfast - there was one package of oatmeal out at 7am which was the opening time. There was no cream, only creamer packets for the coffee. We got one set of towels for 2 people. The room was not clean. Floors were disgusting. There was nothing in the unit besides a half roll of toilet paper when we checked in - not even a single glass for water. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were awful - one was so flat it was useless and the other was thick and full of lumps.

Loved it the second I left. Couldn't wait to get out of the place. Left within 1 hour of arriving and forfeited my room fee.

Location was terrible. I know you get what you pay for. Budget $$ = budget area. Signs up straight away warning you to remove valuables from cars. Shady characters everywhere. A crack heads hang out. Drug deals going down in the car park.

The room was old and dirty the water would not get cold or hot the bathroom was extremely hot and had no exaust fan!! This place was full of drug addicts!! I'm surprised we didn't get robbed or sick!!

I did not like the fact that young adults were yelling and running up and down all night long. I tried contacting the front desk, but no one would answer. The young adults were also smoking marijuana that you could smell through the door.
