Negatives: Can’t think of anything I liked

Negatives: Nothing, the staff was rude, place was DISGUSTING. Sheets have holes in them. I wish I could have canceled, I ended up sleeping somewhere else. SOO BAD. Should just demolish that building.

Negatives: Very quite close to the beach

Negatives: I need a refund didnt like the room

Negatives: The online pictures did not match the room. Our room was discussing. So much so, I didnt take my shoes off and/or shower. I travel quite often and accustomed to a variety of hotel/motel chains. This was probably the worst place Ive even come across.

Negatives: It smell a bit like old and humidity when u get in, even at the lobby and at the room.

Negatives: Everything.

Negatives: There were no phones in hotel room had to use cell phone to call front, no hair dryer, came with two pillows, staff didn’t even want to give us more towels when we had two towels for two people for two nights, had to ask for more towels, had to ask for more toilet paper, they don’t clean the rooms while you’re staying there, not a real “safe” atmosphere. Wouldn’t stay here again. Too expensive for what it offers. Which is dam near nothing

Negatives: Roaches, torn couch, broken table in room, the bath tub was dirty, no extra towels, no phone to even call for assistance. Had to sleep with the lights on so I could make sure no bugs would come near the bed.

Negatives: 1/2 eaten donut in draw - changed rooms no remote for tv and it would nit tune a full garbage bin was left outside the room for the 2 night stay

Negatives: The room was dirty, makeup on pillow case all the way to pillow. Ask for non smoking room and the bedcovers had cig burns oll over it. The toilet was dirty and wood rot in the bathroom. Found a bedbug...

Negatives: This was the most terrible experience I ever made. It all starts with corridors that are full of junk and garbage. There are shopping carts full of waste standing around. There is junk blocking the corridors wherever you look. When you enter the room, do not turn on the lights. You might be shocked! There is a sofa that looks like someone got murdered on it. Everything you touch is sticky and filthy. The bed was full of strange red/brown spots that looked like blood. The towels had the same spots. The bathtub was disgusting. Everything is very dirty and full of roaches. We decided that we had to leave after 5 minutes in that room. The other rooms looked similar from what we saw through the windows, so a room change was no option. I reported this to the reception lady who started to argue that the spots on the bed where not blood. Dear Madam, should you read this: I do NOT want to know WHAT it was! Believe me - blood would be the most harmless option! From all 14 (good!) Motels we chose on our roadtrip, this was the most expensive one and we did not get a single penny back. We paid them for nothing! The pictures on Booking.com are a scam and do not show the real conditions. I don't know how someone can care so less about the condition of his Motel, but the amount of disrespect towards customers is unbelievable. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!
