Availability and usually the staff and accommodation me but not so much this time.
Negatives:
Yes..the hotel is under construction and its difficult to get around the common areas. The rooms that we rented (2 rooms) were not thoroughly cleaned and very sloppy put together. Scraps for breakfast, everything was picked through, cold coffee.

The people were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Giovanni especially was so exceptional. I don't think we encountered one person that wasn't just great. Miranda and James were continually doing things for everyone, to make their stay better. Alex is such a hard worker and is always moving, taking care of everything, and making sure everyone has whatever they need. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Negatives:
In some places it was a little crowded, like the breakfast area and the closet in our room. Not a bad thing, but a little extra room would be helpful. But no complaints.

The locationthere is no cross walk to the beachthe nearest cross walk is a long walk along a busy road with fast moving traffic. The location is also in the flight path of a small airport.

Over 30 minutes to check in. The beach was several blocks away. Waterview, but quite a long walk to actual beach and across a busy street without a crosswalk.
