I think the restaurant was best part of our stay.
Negatives:
Well, almost everything. The welcome from the reception staff was underwhelming and at times a bit rude. There is no onsite emergency aid, so please make sure you carry off-the-counter medicines. The room we had, had no cutlery or drinking glasses. The wallpaper was coming out in some sections. The carpet was unclean. The key cards didn't work and needed replacement. The elevator suddenly stopped working and there was no advance notice about repairs, not considerate of wheelchair users.
Most importantly, the hotel charged us the wrong amount, nearly 3 times the actual cost and when I asked them to provide me with details, they deflected the answer to "booking.com"

Clean nice and I like the lake being there. Staff was friendly
Negatives:
Got notice 2 day I could not leave my dogs alone in the room. They normally don’t bark, but staff was right outside my room talking loudly and dogs did bark and then I was given the pet form to sign.
