Staff didn't mention about the different times for breakfast between weekdays & weekend. We checked in on Friday & checked out on Monday morning. But the staff didn't tell us about the breakfast schedule for weekdays when we first checked in. Therefore when checking out on Monday morning, we totally missed the breakfast. The front desk staff lady did not appear very friendly though.

So the hotel itself was fine. Reserving through booking.com never again. I have a family of 5. Through booking.com it showed that I could get a king studio suite with king bed, full size bed, and sleeper sofa. Well after getting checked in get to my room and all it was was a king bed and sleeper sofa. I went to the front desk and told them thats not what I reserved. He said that they dont even have a room available like that at this hotel. So I told him ok let me just upgrade to a bigger room with more beds. He would not do it since I reserved through booking.com. I tried calling booking.com and waited on the phone for 30 minutes with no response. I will never use booking.com again. The hotel itself and staff was good.

Location and quietness of the floor I was on.
Negatives:
Did not receive room service to make bed or clean kitchen the two days I was there. I had to go to the front desk to get extra towels and throw my own trash out. Also, kitchen sink was clogged so we had sitting water in the sink and refrigerator did not get food and drinks cold enough.

Our room was dirty and used. No clean covers. They were used and threw on the floor. There we used half drunken bottles of water in the room, the complementary soap was opened and used and there was trash left in the trash can.
They even charged my card a few extra dollars after checkout and I had to pay for parking which was stated prior to booking or after. I found out one I arrived and checked in.
