The rude guest that checked in around 1:00 a.m. and slamming doors and being noisy and and not having any respect for the rest of guest. I called the front desk and they said that they talked to them and they were going to be settling down and it never happened until about 3:00 a.m.

Very pissed off because of a sleepless night!!!

When checking in the hallway floors were very dirty. The bathroom fan did not work, the dead bolt on the door did not work, asked for two extra pillows would only give 0ne, swimming pool was full of grass, when checking out I had to stand there for 15 minutes as the desk person was gone getting donuts.

I was really upset about the fact that I booked my room online and paid full price but when I got there to check in the man at the front desk said that theres something wrong with that room but didnt know what what wrong. There ended up being plumbing issues in the restroom. If I would have known prior I wouldnt have booked that room. It was unfair I paid full price for a room I couldnt even flush the toilet in.
