Between Sunday, Dec 1st, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I liked the location everything was less than 10 minutes away.

Negatives: Didn't have access to the apps on the tv apparently internet was being worked on for days so didn't get to watch tv the days we stayed, but I think they should have told us that at check-in. The first room they assigned us to had SEVERAL problems, a huge crack on the window, shower door opened inward instead of outward (normal), knob on shower handle was broken, keys only worked for 1 day. I chose this property because I never experienced any issues until this time.

Positives: I loved the location as it was right up the street from the Galleria and in close proximity to plenty of sports bars and lounges. The bottom level bar area seems nice also.

Negatives: I felt it was overpriced due to the need of some serious upgrades. The room I had didn’t have a couch or anything and you could see a lot of visible wear and tear to the building. The rooms really jus had a cold and weird feeling
