Negatives: Had to change rooms 3 times which made us super late for dinner reservations. Reservations were then cancelled. First room had a loud pet next door, second room A/C was broken, third room was said to be out of order completely! Also none of the phones worked in either room. I had to use my personal phone to call downstairs. Called downstairs 30 times to only receive a busy tone each time. Also, waited 2 hours for more towels. This was a terrible experience! I will never stay at another Aloft!

Negatives: Our stay was supposed to be relaxing, but check-in and check-out were stressful due to communication problems among the staff, likely from management issues. The bathroom floor had peeling paint, and despite choosing the hotel because of a good experience at Aloft in Oklahoma for a business trip, Aloft Houston disappointed us. As students, we don't travel often, so we really wanted to enjoy it, but the workers made it difficult.
