The location was perfect for where we were going. I wish parking was free but it was very convenient. Facilities were clean and room was great.

Rates wasn’t correct. To much outside traffic in out the hotel visiting the roof top pool. I didn’t feel self. Bab choice of hotel for my family.

Location was perfect. The outside traffic that was visiting the pool was problem for me. I feel the top top pool should only be for guest stay in the hotel. I did feel safe.

We didn't like how all of the floors were dirty and needed to be vacuumed all across the hotel. The room was okay but we could never get the water right for showers. It was either scolding hot or ice cold.

At check in, no one advised us there would be a $150 deposit charged to our card. We don’t mind paying it but I felt that’s something you should let your customers know in advance. We found out when my husband got a notification the card was charged. The front desk was rude. We needed more toiletries and needed to go get them ourselves because the hotel doesn’t hire enough staff to run it. The hotel concierge said “well I’m the only one up here, come get it” Terrible service. I’ll never be staying here again.
