Negatives: the floors in the hotel and elevator were filthy! the faucet in the bathroom tub broke in the on/hot position, we called the front desk, they were unable to fix it that night, it poured hot water all night long. we had to shut the bathroom door to keep the steam out of the room.

Positives: Staff were friendly. I got my room changed swiftly due to the heater not working in my previous one. They accomodated my time change. Previous comments seen were as true as it can get especially regarding breakfast - that was just grab and go section with muffins and coffee or tea.

Negatives: The aesthetics were not so pleasing. Water went off for nearly 2 hours.
