I got to Houston shortly after 1 am and called to verify the room was reserved prior to arriving. I get hotel and they tell me they can’t find a reservation. So I had to through my phone to look it all up and even giving the confirmation they couldn’t find it,so frustrating.One light did not work. No stopper for tub. Room not cleaned and when I called and asked for towels a young man told me wasn’t none cleaned they were in the washer so I asked do I…have to come get some in the morning and he said yes.
