Negatives:
The toilet stopped up and I was told to come get the plunger and fix it myself, my door kept opening instead of staying locked, the vending machine wasn’t working, it smelled old and mildewed and there were no dishes in the room you have to go downstairs and get them at the front desk! The female staff were very nice and helpful but the male staff were somewhat standoff ish

Positives:
The staff was friendly but not enough to give me a discount. I had an issue with Rm.324 the heater was not working and it was cold. Lucky Terry offered extra blankets but it was still cold in the morning. The following morning we moved to Rm.124 it was much better. I would still appreciate a little discount for the first uncomfortable night.

Positives:
Very good location if you have an event that’s going to be at the NRG Center or NRG Stadium. It is within walking distance so you don’t have to wait in line and deal with the crazy drivers on todays road ways. You have a Fiesta across the street for any grocery items and plenty of restaurants to choose from within a 5-10 minute drive.
Negatives:
I did not like the air conditioning systems. It would turn off every 30-45 minutes. You have to go to the panel on the wall and turn it back on and set the cooling temperature again. I have to have some cool air flow to get a good nights sleep. If you’re like me you should probably pack a fan. I know next time I will.
