Negatives: pet smells in room, rodents in room
Positives: Absolutely nothing.
Negatives: Everything...this property is in poor condition. The rooms were smelly, dirty, and roaches in kitchenette, restroom, at door entries. None of us slept, cancelled the 2nd night stay, but have not received my refund that was to received based on management.
It was the worst stay...
Negatives: This has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like cigarettes and weed. There were cigarettes burn marks on the counter in the bathroom. there was debris and dirt on the floor. They only provide one thin sheet on the bed no duvet covers. The furniture is peeling. the sad part about it is I rented three rooms and they were all in the same condition. I will never stay in an extended stay ever again.
Horrible, disgusting, smelly
Positives: The customer representative was very kind
Negatives: Poor sanitation...smelled really bad...and there were roaches in both suites that i was charged for. So we only stayed 1 night...but was charged for both.... absolutely un acceptable. Was told i wouldn't be charged for both nights. Overcharging guest for the accomodations.
