Rooms were smelling bad. Airconditioner will not work properly. Fan will keep running continually even if the pre set temperature was reached. Room service was not good. They were out of towel when asked for clean towel on our fourth day of stay.

It was a HORRIBLE experience and as Hilton Rewards member I’m appalled. There was literally no hot water the entire weekend throughout the entire hotel, I had to be switched rooms 4 times due to dirtiness and rust and mold (I have pictures), the breakfast area was very small and mediocre and not very clean and most of the staff was ok but a few were mean.

The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property was well kept. The lobby was clean and had coffee all day.
Negatives:
The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were horrible. No hot water on our final day there. We were unable to shower before we had to leave for the airport.

Nothing I didn't even get to park or go in my room. I had a family emergency and I just gave them the keys, parking pass everything. I went to my car and went right back in. I called Booking and they helped me out but this place can care less. Be careful before ever booking just incase of an emergency. From my experience they don't help at all.
Negatives:
When I told them about my situation they can care less and I called and I spoke to this man he wanted to hurry and hang up on me because he had Soo many people waiting on him. Which is hard to believe cause when I got there there was no one in the front desk till 5 minutes later. I will not ever want to even go and try to stay there ever again because of the way they treated me. I'll go somewhere else that have common courtesy and good customer service.
