It was very dusty in my room and very noisy I was by the laundry room witch made it very hard to sleep I booked for a king when I arrived They only offered me double beds also charged me 30$ a day for parking after saying that they would. It charge my card for it due to me having a handicap person with me

Took long time to check in due to him running entire place - waited in line forever , he was answering phones , helping guest etc —- definitely need more staff at front desk especially during normal check in times at 4 pm

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and while the first night was acceptable, the second night was unacceptable. The housekeeper was excessively loud, making it impossible for us to sleep as they were shouting and talking to each other. We had to confront them to ask for quiet, as it’s clear that guests are here to rest. Eventually, we had to change rooms and were charged an additional $5 for the inconvenience. The new room had an awful smell, reminiscent of urine on the carpet, and it was evident that the floors hadn’t been cleaned. Furthermore, the room was out of shampoo and lotion. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Hard to say when there was too many issues that couldn’t be overlooked during our stays. The breakfast was the best part.
Negatives:
The bedbugs, no working ice machines, staff was rude and no running hot water during our stay. They didn’t let us know when it was going to be fixed. Had to pay for parking, and when notified of these issues they didn’t do anything. Never had to pay for parking for Hampton. And now I have bites In my body due to the bugs.
