Nice hotel, was clean and spacious. Staff was attentive.
Negatives:
Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were ironed flat. The AC was set to 71 which was perfect but I felt in the middle of the night the ac cuts off. I woke up in a sweat and had to drop it to 67 to feel cool. I’ve never had an AC so low.

Horrible experience
Positives:
I had booked a room with 2 queen beds but was given a room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. Since we were a part of 4, 2 of us had to sleep on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. Also since the tariff for the 1 king bed room was lower, i expect the difference to be refunded to me.
Negatives:
Being short changed on the type of room being booked by me. 2 of us needed to sleep on the sofa bed which was not very comfortable.

I like Vinny, who helped us when my room TV did not have access to the internet. He was very prompt and fixed my issue once he was made aware. I wanted to watch my Netflix.
Negatives:
To notify customers if the TV doesn't have access to the internet since Hurricane Beryl hit in July 2024

Service was great. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy. The Netflix wasn’t working so we were a bit disappointed in that but overall it was a good stay.
