Positives: It was close enough to Houston Proper and not far from Prairie View. I had to be in both areas over the weekend.

Negatives: Smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke masked by tons of fabulouso throughout the halls and room. This had to be a remodel and rebrand of a much lesser hotel but don’t be fooled. The outside made me think I was getting a better experience but that wasn’t the case.

Positives: Staff was very helpful. Evening young guy was very friendly and try to help as he can to resolve our problem , room was very cold and heater was not working hotel was completely sold out so was no way to change room so he provided a couple quilts and was just fine but next morning problem was solve .

Negatives: People outside smoking marihuana all day and without any shame right outside of main door with families coming in with children.
