Positives: The staff was great and very friendly and was always happy to help with whatever I needed and made sure I felt safe when I was outside smoking at night really late and always checked on me and if I had any concerns they were right there to answer them and always had a smile and a good morning and good night

Negatives: There were a lot of teens that were very disturbing and disrespectful to the staff and other guests but the staff stayed on top of it and made sure they were taken care of I was concerned for their safety at times when there was only one staff
