Cancellation Policy

Good news! Between Friday, Sep 13th, 2019 at 5pm and Saturday, Jun 10th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, Jun 10th, 2023 at midnight and Sunday, Jun 11th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Jun 10 and Jun 11, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Sunday, Jun 11th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 11, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2023-06-10 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received on your check-in date will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout.
