Negatives: was told in person by desk attendant there were no rooms available but was able to book immediately on booking.com also I’ve been charged twice once by booking.com and once by the hotel itself. thought it was a standard hold but it hasn’t been released yet.

Positives: The staff was very nice and helpful very attentive! We had a problem and they were fast to fix it without any issues. Very great service! The pool was also great!

Negatives: The only thing that we didn't like that there was dead roaches in cabinets and in the refrigerator!
