The location provided easy access, the receptionist gave the best customerservice, our room was clean, spacious & cozy ut included everything we needed, & breakfast was always a delicious variety.

The elevator and some of the exit doors appeared to be in need of a little. Didn't see a security officer during our stay.

Didn't like the funture office like funture they didn't so me how to start the fire place so that was a waste of money

Location was great and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is older and could use renovations.

Check out time is 11am. At 9:24 an employee knocked three times on the door then opened the door which scared us out of a sound sleep. He tried to come into our room to tell us to check out! We had plenty of time. Will never choose this Hilton again.

The lobby was maintained better than the 2 bedroom suite we stayed in. Too many noticeable stains & dead and living bugs (roaches). The living room furniture was so worn down & dirty I never touched it. Outlets with out plate covers too dangerous.

Breakfast was excellent with many food items to choose from. The suite was well laid out and the bed was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked properly. The ceiling fan, the a/c and plenty of hot water!

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. You can feel the springs, we went to ask for towels and they were out but never brought us any when they were available.
