I called La Quinta for a shuttle ride from airport in Dallas. After 30 min, no shuttle . So I Called again. After 30 more min, no shuttle. Called third time and staff hung up on me. Then shuttle arrived 15 min later and drove past me. I cancelled the reservation at La Quinta and stayed elsewhere. I am in poor health and was very disappointed with the poor service. Would like a refund, please

The breakfast far exceeded my expectations. I was expecting granola bars and coffee but found myself in a buffet offering coffee, muffins, fruits, nice selection of yoghurt, cereals, milk, juice, bread, bagels, cream cheese etc, etc.
I just wish I’d had enough time to enjoy it.

Everything was good. Breakfast was ok. I did miss the bacon they use to have. But I totally understand why thats not possible after covid.

The chairs in room were dirty. But I cleaned them with my own cleaner and lysol spray. So its ok.
