Be careful with this hotel, they charge you a $25 deposit plus $5 taxes but when you leave the hotel, supposedly the $25 dollars are refundable and they never do it. You call the hotel to find out what happened and they say it's still in process. It's been more than 1 I've been waiting for a month and so far they've done it... not to mention that it's the second time I've been there and it was the same

I'm 73 and can barely walk due to bad ankle that I came to Dallas for surgery and was given a room at furthest end of building on the third floor. Took 15 minutes to reach. There's a $30 deposit. It's hard to find with no stores or restaurants anywhere near. Looks like dump from outside. Should have shuttle to end rooms. Towels like sandpaper. Soap bars are tiny. No ice. No cups to drink water. Couldn't find where to get fresh towels. Didn't see house eeping anywhere. Charged regular rent of $90 nite for extra nights.. Wifi didn't work at far end of building.

I did not like it. It was trash, bugs everywhere,sheets were dirty, there was a bullet hole in the wAll, 3 inch crack under the door that we had to put a towel on so no bugs or rats could come inside. It was very noisy and very crowded. Shame of a hotel.

I will NEVER stay here again

I didnt like anything about that hotel the manger was so rude then they charge a deposit an if u pay cash u dont get your deposit back but if you use a card you will get the the deposit back in 7 to 10 business days and they charge $5 dollars for a administration fee they have the worse customer service I ever had in my life

Staff lied and said I checkout at 11:35. I told him I check out before 11am. I was charge $30. They are not honest. The lady didnt say anything about me checking out late when I return key. Totally dishonest.

Be honest dont steal from your customers? If I check out late I be honest about it and confess that I check out late. Ive been at other hotels and ask for late checkout and if there will be a fee. The person did not mention to me there would be late check out fee when I gave her the room key because I check out before 11am.
