Staff was great. Room was clean

No parking. Fences around perimeter of hotel. Gates locked. Great for regular vehicles but I had to walk 1-1/2 blocks around fences to get to my big truck, and they wouldnt open the entrance gate so I could get to it without walking through business park

Only one entrance and traffic is terrible. Room is only cleaned every two days. Clerks are not friendly. Cleaning crew speak only Spanish. Rooms have nasty smell. Had to spray febreze. Asked for extra towel and clerk was not happy to provide one.

I didnt know that room I had gotten didnt the home essential that I need and didnt being due to not know that this room was not going to have it ( iron, iron broad, microwave & blow dryer).
