The gentleman who worked daytime front desk was super nice. There was also a man who worked nights who was really helpful.

The rooms did NOT match the pictures on the website. When we arrived the cabinets in the room were broken, the bed was really uncomfortable, and the shower kept backing up. The final morning, I was taking a shower and thought I'd check the drain to see why it was backed up. When I tried to turn the drain to open it, it came out completely and underneath, the drain was filled with HUMAN FECES! I got out of the shower, tried to clear it out by running water over it, threw up, and then took a picture of what was left in the drain. I showed the front desk, he made a note of it (as well as the broken cabinets), but offered little concern for the fact their drain was filled with HUMAN FECES!!!! I certainly will never stay there...or any of their chain...EVER AGAIN!

Location was close to my event and staff was courteous.

The building was old, gross and crusty. Room was dirty and falling apart and had a bad smell. The bathroom drain was broke, the tile was coming off the wall, carpet was old and torn up, the air vent was disgusting, kitchen and bathroom cabinets had stains running down them and were sticky to touch. The cabinets also had crumbs inside them; beside the fridge was full of crumbs as well. The footstool kept under a stand, had a top layer covered in crumbs. The bed sheet had an obvious hole in it. The couch was stained, light fixture was falling apart, hole in the wall above couch, dressers had obviously been banged up, along with crumbs and dirt in their drawers.
